Just a sketch dump of skeletal observation sketches. I've been trying to figure out the bones of all of the inspiration reference animals that have structured orekroarks in order to design the orekroark skeleton. A lot of good practices here, and a lot of understanding of the bone structures for each different creature. Onward to roarks.
I was commissioned by the store I work at, Artist and Craftsman Supply, to draw giant aisle markers so that people would be able to identify where they were going when we pointed them in a direction. It was a lot of fun to put these together, despite the simplicity and and cartoonish fashion that doesn't usually come out of my style.
This is how they look hung up at least. The only one I didn't get a good picture of was the Toy aisle yellow Yak. I actually considered trying to get little animal plushies made of these too.
Welcome to the art page of the Scarlet Harlequin, Morgan Banks. I'm an illustrator working mostly in pencil and pen to achieve visual expressions of the worlds around us. On this page I will be showing the better highlights of my work through commissions done for others, and serious personal work.
